Engineering physiologically relevant microenvironments is critical foradvancing organoid research in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Despite recent progress, challenges remain in achieving reproducibility, scalability, and biological relevance of organoids. To address this, we introduce NestWell®, apermeable microwell platform with a 3D geometrically engineered nanofibrousmembrane that enables precise control of organoid size and ensures unconstraineddelivery of nutrients and differentiation signals. In parallel, OrgaNest®, an automatedculture system, enhances reproducibility, reduces culture costs while supportingscalable organoid production.
Reliable transcriptome profiling across a wide range of RNA input amounts-from bulk samples to single cells—is essential for diverse applications, including single-cell analysis, organoids, and organ-on-a-chip models. Ensuring accuracy and reproducibility in these contexts requires RNA-seq library preparation methods that can deliver consistent performance regardless of input level.
In this presentation, I will introduce ATG Lifetech’s High-Precision RNA-Seq Kit, which maintains robust and accurate gene expression profiling from as much as 1 ug of RNA down to single-cell equivalents. By combining sensitivity with reproducibility, this technology provides researchers with a practical solution for generating high-quality transcriptomic data from a wide variety of sample types. Importantly, such reliable transcriptome data can also complement other omics layers, providing a critical foundation for integrative multi-omics approaches and supporting the development of Al models in biomedical research.
