How it Works: A Lead Organizer (e.g., government agency, accelerator, or consulting firm) represents a consortium of 10–15 companies, serving as the central point of contact for JHBIC IEP to streamline collaboration. The Lead Organizer consolidates diverse requirements into a streamlined model, allowing JHBIC to cater to a broad range of needs without operational dilution. Review the application internally. The review can be replaced or supplemented by a 1:1 meeting.

Upon formal joining, both parties will collaboratively develop a tailored action plan.
